PROJECT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Currently, the UN-IOM Islamabad is searching for candidate for their vacant position i.e. Project Operations Assistant to join their team
JOB Description: Project Operations Assistant
Provide training and ongoing support to field staff on data collection and analysis methods, aligning with DTM’s methodology and tools.
Monitor and evaluate DTM operations to identify areas for improvement and enhanced efficiency. Participate in data quality assessment and reporting processes.
Contribute to the design and localization of global data collection tools, ensuring they align with local needs and requirements.
Assist in the development and planning organization and implementation of DTM project activities, including the deployment of field teams and the preparation of workplans.
Participate in the review of datasets, providing valuable feedback on data cleaning processes.
Assist in drafting narrative updates, reports, and meeting minutes as required by the manager, ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation.
Support liaison efforts with government authorities, UN agencies, and other stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and information sharing.
Promote and facilitate Support the integration of gender perspectives, as well as attention to specific women’s, girls’, and children’s rights issues in program design and implementation.
Perform any other duties assigned in support of the project’s objectives.
