SENIOR MIS OFFICER
Shifa Foundation Islamabad is now searching for a Senior MIS Officer to enroll in their crew.
JOB Description: Senior MIS Officer
Responsible for maintenance and up gradation of Websites.
Responsible for designing and deployment of network, and its maintenance.
Responsible for maintaining servers, workstations and their safety and backup.
Ensuring proper logging of IT equipment items inventory.
To ensure adherence of MIS Policy.
Responsible for providing all facilitation to ERP focal person as and when needed.
To ensure routine backups are performed as outlined in the Backup & Restore manual.
To ensure timely support to the functions in time of troubleshooting and/or other MIS related issues by a prioritization list and logging all requests.
Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and required applications.
Receive, log and track all requests from users related to network, printing and PC issues.
To manage biometric devices.
Responsible for maintenance and up gradation of surveillance systems.
Management and installation of DVRs and CCTV cameras.
Provide on-site and remote (i.e. via phone, email or remote access) technical support to users by diagnosing and correcting problems.
Responsible for providing on-site technical hardware and software support.
Network Cabling, Installation and Troubleshooting.
Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
