REGIONAL LOGISTICS OFFICER
Currently, the The Citizens FoundationLahore is now looking for Regional Logistics Officer to join their organization / team.
JOB Description: Regional Logistics Officer
Liaison coordination with Area teams for annual & additional supplies/demand data/Initial supplies of school record
Liaison & coordination with Area teams for inventory update
Liaison & coordination with office supply vendors for monthly supplies & their payments
Transportation and accommodation arrangements for guests with the help of Regional GA
Responsible for maintenance of the HO building for a healthy, safe, and hygiene work environment
Security of TCF Offices and supervision of NM staff
Timely processing for payment of telephone, electricity, gas and maintenance bills etc
Supervision in the cafeteria during lunchtime and regional level events etc
Timely and cost-effective purchasing for Kitchen/cleaning items and other petty purchases
Updating of stock register of the building assets
Coordinate boarding/lodging arrangements for TCF guest/visitors
