PROVINCIAL COORDINATOR
Presently, the Research and Development Solutions-RADS Islamabad is on the lookout for suitable candidates for their vacant position i.e. Provincial Coordinator to join their team.
JOB Description: Provincial Coordinator
Reporting to:Programs Manager
Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a for-profit private sector research, technical assistance, surveys and monitoring organization working with government, donors, and NGO partners.
Responsibilities
1. Be lead focal person between RADS Head Office, project team and KPK field team
2. Maintain regular communication and ensure coordination between RADS Head Office, project team and field team
3. Support the Program Teams in implementing and continually managing project
4. Lead and supervise the project data validation, monitoring and evaluation activities in KPK
5. Develop work plans for provincial activities based on project requirements
6. Supervise and manage field monitors monitoring activities and performance
7. Collaborate with stakeholders in the district and local communities of KPK
8. Provide expert guidance to field monitors and other staff engaged in the field.
9. Monitor data quality and facilitate timely and accurate reporting of monitoring findings to the RADS Head Office.
10. Analyze monitoring findings and collaborate with field teams to identify and address corrective actions.
11. Organize periodic refresher trainings for field monitoring staff on monitoring techniques.
12. Document and report performance, issues, challenges, and gaps related to the monitoring activities in the province.
13. Ensure field monitors adhere to the highest ethical standards.
14. Address any additional field and program-related matters as required by RADS.
Requirements.
Experience: Experience in leading and managing a MEL field team. 5 -7 years of experience managing MEL activities in the health and development sector in Pakistan, especially in KP, Demonstrated experience in working with international donors, preferably USAID and/or USAID contractors, as well as local partners in the development sector,(NGOs) or Corporate sector.
Education:Master’s degree (or equivalent) in demography, public health, epidemiology, statistics, analytics, social sciences, or a related field.
Location: The individual will be based in Islamabad with frequent travel to districts of KPK (approximately 50% of the time)
Skills
Strong skills in writing, research, analysis, and presentation.
Strong understanding of the field dynamics in KPK
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling database management systems and analytical software.
Ability to conduct technical analysis and create data visualizations.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Urdu and Pushto.
