Managing PRP activities at the sub-delegation level, ensuring timely implementation of approved projects, and representing PRP in internal and external meetings. It includes monitoring and planning field trips, building networks with stakeholders, coordinating activities with the PRP team, and ensuring accurate reporting and financial monitoring. The role also involves supervising social inclusion activities and maintaining partnerships to achieve program goals.
Mentoring clinical team and partners to ensure the application of best practices and quality standards in physical rehabilitation services. It emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, implementing quality assurance, and establishing a continuum of care from initial patient interaction through to post-rehabilitation vocational support. Additionally, organizing work plans, providing regular feedback, and promoting ongoing learning and health advocacy within the rehabilitation context.
