JOB Description: PROJECT MANAGER
To oversee the overall project management and bringing together learning from activities.
Ensure smooth implementation and coordination with all internal and external departments and RE stakeholders.
Coordinate with all team members and provide technical assistance in project implementation according to set objectives.
Take lead in establishing just energy transition alliance at district and provincial level.
Organize capacity building workshops for the alliance.
Collaborate with academia for research on just energy transition (JET).
Ensure collaboration with RE identified partners.
To develop and share Monthly and Quarter reports with the support of M&E.
To work as focal person for the project and lead interventions in the target districts Thatta, Jamshoro and Sukkur.
Ensure project planning, execution and time management for all targets and set goals.
Provide overall orientation and vision of project to all team members and partners.
To liaison and do linkage building in the targeted districts with government and energy stakeholders.
Identify local partners and assist them to provide support in project activities.
Engage government departments, academia and local communities for quality input and ensure outreach and scope of work.
Organize policy dialogues on just energy transition at provincial level.
Verify all the field work, documentation and data made or reported.
To oversee project related financial management and effective utilization of resources including staff.
Assist program and M&E units for any field level support, as and when required.
Support in developing IEC material related to awareness on RE.
