PROGRAMME INTERN
The Islamic Relief International Islamabad is currently seeking a Programme Intern to full fill the vacant position.
JOB Description: Programme Intern
1. The Incumbent will be involved in maintaining soft and hard record management including but not limited to project analysis, reports, and other programme related data.
2. The incumbent will facilitate areas teams in file data compiling as IRP Archives record management policy.
3. Preparing field plans and prior communication and intimation to concerned communities regarding field visits after consulting with relevant staff.
4. Support HOI in coordination with CO colleagues and Area Office teams and managing meeting schedules with teams, external stakeholders etc.
5. Supporting project team in conducting reviews, analysis, minutes of meetings documentation etc.
6. Learn about basic techniques of social mobilization, programme implementations, stakeholder mapping.
7. Get exposure to IRP development framework, project thematic areas and proposal development modules.
8. Work in collaboration with program team to execute the seasonal programs and other program components.
