JOB Description: Program Lead
“We’re looking for a person to oversee all the TB Shield work that Spiro funds across Pakistan – working closely with government stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure TB Shield programs launch and run smoothly so TB Shield helps as many people as possible.
You’ll be employed by a local partner organisation and work closely alongside the Spiro global team
This isn’t just another job, it’s a chance to expand an exceptional program from the early days. Over time you could take over more and more responsibility for core TB Shield strategy decisions.
We don’t require TB-specific experience — we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who really cares about helping others.
This role would be ideal for you if you’re passionate about making a difference and you want your work to matter, you’re excited about working alongside a small group of like-minded colleagues, and you’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with lots of responsibility.
