Now, the Poverty Eradication Initiative-PEIPeshawar is looking for a Communication Expert to work there.
JOB Description: Communication Expert
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives of of water supply and sanitation sector within Hazara, Malakand Division, Bannu, and D.I. Khan.
Collaborate with the project team to integrate communication plans into overall project planning.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback and address concerns.
Design and implement mechanisms for collecting stakeholder feedback on project deliverables.
Compile and analyze feedback data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing project progress, milestones, and evaluation results.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communication-related activities.
Work closely with the project team to understand technical aspects and translate complex information into accessible and engaging content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for communication materials.
Develop a crisis communication plan and protocols to address unexpected challenges or issues.
Provide guidance to the team on managing communication during critical situations.
Conduct training sessions for project team members on effective communication strategies and practices.
Foster a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing within the project team.
Manage relationships with media outlets and act as a spokesperson for the project when necessary.
Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage to enhance project visibility.
