JOB Description: Technical Advisor
Strategic Leadership
Work with colleagues across the project to design and implement interventions related to FP that can be applied across the activity and that are solidly grounded in evidence and ground realities and take a person-centered approach.
Stay abreast of evolving technical priorities and trends in global health to position the organization for success.
Position the company to be recognized as one of the foremost authorities in health systems and services resulting in becoming the go-to organization for technical assistance.
Provide inspirational technical leadership through presentations and publications.
Lead the generation of evidence, tools, and learning documentation on FP innovations and services topics.
Capacity Building: Partnership and Staff Development
Support and develop the expertise and capacity of internal staff, project partners, and government partners.
Oversee training programs for technical skills. gist
Create opportunities to generate ideas, support best practices, promote open innovation, and ultimately increase impact.
Develop a strong technical leadership team to ensure the company provides state-of-the-art technical assistance.
Promote and ensure compliance with all voluntary and rights-based FP policies and regulations
Technical Assistant
Provider technical review of key technical and non-technical documents, implementation plans, MEL, knowledge products and other deliverables.
provide technical assistance to all team members, as needed, including technical input on integrating FP for gender and women’s empowerment.
Ensure training and clinical supervision materials are gender- and youth-responsive.
Promote emerging best practices for service integration to optimize health system capacity and impact
