Currently, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society NGO Peshawar is now searching for a Admin & Finance to join their team
JOB Description: Admin & Finance
- Directly reporting to Finance manager; should have proactive and supportive approach in financial file management, financial and administrative activities.
- Maintenance of books of accounts i.e Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals on SidatHyder Financials & manage all bank and cash payments.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of Petty Cash & Prepares donor funds reconciliations & reporting
- Ensure that supporting documentation and approvals are provided with all the vouchers.
- Bank Book and Cash book management; Withdrawals and transfer of funds from banks.
- Preparation and maintenance of Vouchers and ledgers.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation at the end of each month and when required.
- Maintenance of Assets registers and inventory management.
- Day to Day financial operations and proper financial record in financial software as per the financial standards.
- Travel to field as per requirement and do the follow-ups on short comings identified.
- Preparing parties ledger, staff advances, Operational advances & Staff OPD record.
- Issuing of working / Operational advance to staff as per PRCS Polices.
- Correlation of staff Time Sheets and attendance record with Payroll Data.
- Support to District Branch in logistics and administration.
- Assist maintenance of assets as per PRCS policies.
- Complying with taxation laws of the country (Withholding and filing).
- Take care of administrative and logistic matters.
- Assist Line Manager in report compilation within timeline.
- Timely correspondence and closure of books with District Branches.
- Any other Official task assigned by the line manager.
