Key Accountabilities:
Manage and ensure the cleanliness of the office; make tea and present it to the guests.
Update about the tea / refreshment / supplies to Office Assistant.
To Look after the kitchen matters
To do cooking
To deal with general enquiries, ensuring messages are passed on to an appropriate number of staff.
To assist in receiving & dispatching the incoming mail on a daily base.
To assist in receiving / handling of all the telephone calls of Muslim Aid. If required
To serve the internal & external visitors
To assist in arrangements of internal & external meetings/workshops of Muslim Aid.
To follow all policies and procedures of MAP.
To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
To practice safe work habits at all times and to avoid injury to self and others.
Provide Support to Staff in all aspects e.g. photocopy, telephone operating, tea n lunch arrangements for guest and staff
Any other duty assigns by the line manager
