COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA REPORTING OFFICER
Currently, the Pak Aid Islamabad is searching for candidate for their vacant position i.e. Communications and Media Reporting Officer to join their team.
Job Description: Communications and Media Reporting Officer
Managing and reviewing all social media posts for timely updation, accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
Working with the Communications team to develop comprehensive social media strategies.
Maintaining a working knowledge of all programs and activities to ensure effective social media presence.
Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.
Monitoring daily IT related operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Supporting in selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems for effective operations.
Generating performance reports for operating systems.
Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.

Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
Working knowledge of social media tools.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
