For the job of Strengthening Participatory Organization-SPO, applications are being accepted from qualified individuals for the position published in the daily newspaper Classified Source on 06 November, 2023 for which they are seeking a suitable replacement.
The Strengthening Participatory Organization-SPO Islamabad is currently seeking a Consultant-Strengthening Org. Capacities to full fill the vacant position.
· Review relevant documentation and reports related to each CSO’s operations and organizational systems, management and program implementation.
· Conduct interviews, surveys, and on-site visits to assess the CSOs’ financial management, human resource management, governance & leadership, and strategic planning, policy advocacy and program implementation capabilities.
· Analyze data collected during the CSOs mapping and assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within each CSO.
· Develop a comprehensive report summarizing the OCA findings, including actionable recommendations for each CSO.
· Development of organizational OGCP workshop content/ training modules based on OCA findings and recommendations
· Work closely with CSOs to develop and design OGCP and capacity-building strategies based on the OCA findings through two days workshops with each CSO.
Key Deliverables:
· Organizational Capacity Assessment tools and well defined research methodology
· Detailed and comprehensive OCA report, including a SWOT analysis and actionable recommendations
· The report should also contain the recommendations on CSOs Capacity-building strategies and approaches tailored to the needs of CSOs – OGCP bench marks.
· Development of organizational OGCP workshop content/ training modules in Sindhi language based on OCA findings and recommendations
· Organizing two days OGCP workshops with each CSO in five districts (Sukkur, Ghotki, Kashmore@Kandhkot, Khairpur Mir;s and NausheroFeroz)
· Development of 15 OGCP growth/ benchmark plans with CSOs clearly defining milestones, indicators, evidence to showing the improvement.
