ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE

Islamabad, Rawalpindi is looking for a Assistant Manager Finance candidate.

Job Description: Assistant Manager Finance

Financial budgeting:

Preparation of Annual Budget.
Preparation of Project Budgets.
Prepare Variance reports against Annual and Project Budgets.

Investment Management:

Managing Long term Investments and dealing with Brokers for prospective opportunities for sale and purchase.
Dealing with Banks for Managing Accounts and Short Term Investments.

Financial Reporting:

Submission of Periodic Financial reports to Senior Management.
Submitting Project Reports and variance analysis to Senior Management.
Preparation of Financial Reports for Board Meetings.

Costing:

Prepare Costing of Devices/Products.
Analyzing inflation and other factors for the revision of Costing from time to time.
Evaluating production against material consumption and sales.
Invoices to Donors.

Taxation:

Ensure that Foundation is fully complying with all FBR Rules and regulations.
Filing of Annual Income Tax Return.
Ensuring NPO Status of Chal Foundation.

External Audit:

Preparing Annual Financial Statements as per applicable International Financial Reporting standards.
Ensuring Annual Audit and Coordinating with Auditor’s team.
Ensuring timely receipt of Unqualified Audit Report.

Legal and Compliance:

Ensuring Compliance with Joint Stock Registrar.
Preparation of Board Resolutions.
Ensuring Compliance with FBR Rules and Regulations.
Ensuring Certification of CF with PCP.
Recommendations to Senior Management for Revision in Memorandum of Association, keeping in view the legal, PCP, and FBR Compliances.

Others:

Advising in procurement as Member Procurement Committee.
