- PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The Legal Aid Society International Karachi is now seeking for a Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities: Program Coordinator
1. Project Planning and Implementation
- Closely works with the Senior Program Manager to outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables for the project.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external partners for resource allocation and task delegation.
- Monitor the implementation of project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including partner organizations, community organizations, government bodies, and policy-makers.
- Organize and manage events such as workshops, roundtable discussions, and training programs to promote project objectives and gather stakeholder input.
3. Team Management
- Assist in recruitment processes for project staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate tasks among team members, provide daily guidance, and monitor team dynamics.
- Prepare and distribute weekly updates on project milestones and upcoming activities.
4. Financial Oversight
- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditure to ensure it remains within allocated limits.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide updates on budget utilization.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Keep detailed records of project activities, including data collection, stakeholder engagement, and financial documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the Senior Program Manager.
6. Gender Inclusion and Diversity
- Ensure that all project activities and stakeholder engagement comply with the project’s Gender and Inclusion Strategy.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Research Manager to integrate gender-sensitive indicators and practices into the project’s M&E framework.
7. Quality Assurance
- Conduct periodic internal audits and assessments to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of project activities.
- Work closely with the M&E team to assess the impact of the project against key performance indicators.
