LADY HEALTH COUNSELOR
Currently, the ConfidentialPeshawar is now searching for a Lady Health Counselor to join their team
JOB Description: Lady Health Counselor
Data Focal Point: LHC’s will be actively involved in the computerized data entry process at CRP (central registration point) to all the beneficiaries visiting the health facility.
LHC’s will ensure the compilation of daily OPD, MNCH, Nutrition component and EPI data and submit by COB hours to EMR Supervisor.
LHCs will be responsible for data collection, record keeping and reporting of SBCC activities.
Facility-Based Awareness for Prevention and Health Promotion and health education activities within the healthcare facility, fostering a proactive approach to community well-being.
Additional Responsibilities: The LHCs will undertake any further responsibilities deemed appropriate, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the healthcare initiatives.
