Now, the Khwendo Kor-KK NGO Peshawar is looking for a HR Assistant to work there.
Job Description: HR Assistant
Ensure that personal files are updated.
Annual and probationary performance appraisal of the project team and teachers is carried out regularly.
Be part of recruitment processes in the organization.
Make sure that the annual performance appraisal of the project team is carried out by the line managers.
KK salary structure is updated as per the decision of the management committee and BoD and aligned to the available resources.
Ensure that new joiners have received proper induction and orientation on the project and organization.
Updating staff EOBI data monthly basis
Process staff monthly payroll
Updating monthly staff list
Attendance register is marked by all staff on a daily basis
Ensure submission of staff monthly timesheet
Maintain staff monthly leave record
Ensure timely submission of staff leave requestions
Review organization HR and admin policies and SOPs in line with the UN and internationally accepted standards.
Collect administrative and HR-related periodic reports, and statements and submit them to the management.
Planning and review of HR and administration functions with admin and HR team.
Keep a record of all relevant HR data in hard and soft.
