Vacant Positions: Water Trucking Supervisor
WATER TRUCKING SUPERVISOR
Currently, the Islamic Relief International Usta Muhammad is seeking a Water Trucking Supervisor employee.
JOB Description: Water Trucking Supervisor
Technical Level:
Assist District Coordinator in conducting survey of Area /assessment in the villages
Assist in installation of water Filteration plant.
Assist District Coordinator in guiding and Meeting of communities in implementation of water distribution.
Assist Project Coordinator in making case studies and reports of successful intervention.
Monitoring of water trucking.
Ensure quality of water.
Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans
Reporting progress to District Coordinator
Preparing presentations in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.
Participation in the PPM and staff meetings
Operational Level:
Development of work plans for timely implementation
Surveys, Data Collection & report generation
Record management – field visits, CO meetings, beneficiary data etc.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook,
Organizational Level:
Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programs.
