Now, the Islamic Relief International Islamabad is looking for a People & Culture Officer to work there.
JOB Description: People & Culture Officer
- Assist the Coordinator L&D in developing an annual country learning and development plan and lead on the implementation of this plan.
- Assist staff at all levels with the ability to carry through learning & development plans.
- Coordinate & collect training calendars of renowned institutes working at all geographical locations where IR has a presence.
- Facilitate in arrangements of individual as well as group learning events by ensuring procedural compliance (budget verification, event form generation, resource person availability, inform participants, logistics management, etc.)
- Assist in roll out of Mandatory training and ensuring the successful completion and coordination with other regions.
- Ensure pre, during & post-learning assessment for each session by using the Kirkpatrick evaluation method.
- Evaluation of each learning activity on measurable indicators to generate reports on return of investment.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports on training metrics and outcomes for HR management.
- Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation, industry practices and standards related to training and development.
- Assist in design proactive employee relations mechanisms for the IR staff at all levels from field to Country office, including acting as a trusted HR advisor to the CO/AO management in order to build and maintain a high-performing and engaged culture.
- Also, assist in HR operations whenever required.
