Now, the Confidential Thatta want to hire a SBCC Coordinator to full fill the vacant position.
JOB Description: SBCC Coordinator
- Support in development of a comprehensive Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategy and action plan and take the lead in implementing the same during the grant period
- Work with key stakeholders to develop/strengthen a comprehensive demand creation strategy and related guidelines and tools that will facilitate the demand creation for different health services.
- Provide technical assistance, in community sensitization and mobilization and behavior change communications, to the targeted population
- Develop a SBCC annual work plan and take the lead in implementing all activities
- Develop key IYCF, EPI, and Reproductive health messages to communicate to targeted populations and monitor the same
- Work with M&E teams, Project Health Manager and Communication Specialist to monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of SBCC activities on a quarterly basis
- Assisting in documenting project results and impacts in various forms, including media stories, lessons learned, case studies, client satisfaction, and other areas, and contributing to regular quarterly and annual reporting
- He/She will contribute to the production and distribution of periodic success stories as well as producing advocacy briefs and leaflets
- Create opportunities to support/arrange radio message campaigns, advocacy forums, community engagement sessions and information education communication materials
- Identify and pursue advocacy opportunities in order to ensure project success at the district and provincial levels.
- Contribute to communications through good research, analysis of assigned area of work, and timely preparation and distribution of information products to target audience.
- Carry out any other activities deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
