The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer-Compensation & HR Operations for its Central Office, Rawalpindi.
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist HR team in executing functions related to compensation & HR operations including preparation of monthly payroll of more than 1,000 staff, administration of staff benefits that includes, PF, gratuity, leaves, health & life insurance, EOBI payment & pension claims and processing of full & final settlements of outgoing staff.
S/he will also assist HR team in completing periodic performance appraisal cycle and increment from data entry/verification to issuance of letters.
S/he will be responsible to maintain and update personnel files and other compensation & statutory record as per standard checklists.
