Currently, the Muslim Aid International Mirpur Khas, Sanghar is searching for candidate for their vacant position i.e. Field Engineer to join their team
JOB Description: Field Engineer
”
Field Engineer Conduct technical assessment for the development of cost estimation and drawing.
Undertaking technical feasibility including site investigations.
Ensuring project run smoothly and structures are completed within budget, design, and timeframe.
Conduct market assessment and prepare BoQ/ Cost estimation accurately.
Prepare 3D design of structures in auto CAD/Sketch up.
Assessing the sustainability and environmental impacts of projects.
Field Engineer Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.
Ensure quality and quantity of construction material supplied by the contractor on site.
Ensure construction of shelters as per Organizational guidelines.
Ensure frequent visits to construction sites to ensure quality work.
Support in assessment tasks and make recommendations in relation to the Project.
Provide clear technical solutions for the Shelters related civil work.
Where requested, contribute technical inputs to support projects like smart house, Latrines and livestock sheds construction at Community and Institutional level.
Support in designing affordable and preferred shelter structure and support for prepare bidding documents.
Cooperate and coordinate closely with Line Manager and communities for planning activities at field level.
Advice and provide technical support to communities, masons and the contractor wherever needed and support in their technical training where requested.
Design and deliver Operation and Maintenance training in Communities as per the requirement of project.
Work in a team with Social Mobilizers and provide them with technical expertise at field level where necessary especially for Construction of smart houses.
Support concerned line managers for the coordination and communication with contractors executing Project activities, to ensure proper and timely implementation and meet set quality standards.
Provide monthly progress updates and prepare periodic reports to the line manager on all ongoing project/program activities.
