JOB Description: District Manager

Responsible to Project implementation, coordination, assessment, distribution and site selection of distribution at community.
Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines. Identify and respond to related staff capacity-building priorities.
Develop regular project monitoring that includes participatory methods, program progress, effectiveness of Shifa Foundation facilitation, progress toward achieving targets, ability to measure stated indicators, program adherence to methodology, budget expenditure, etc.
Lead regular Project team meetings, reviewing project progress and planning
Prepare internal and external reports for Shifa Foundation and donors, including expenditure plans and ensure monthly progress reports, construction updates and reports.
Prepare timely quarterly report as per donor format with Head Office for timely onward submission
Sensitize main stakeholders, caregivers, religious leaders on basic vaccination, immunization and need for support and commitment for long term access to vaccine to children uncovered/missing and refusal.
Develop and maintain program monitoring and reporting system, for structural and non-structural.
Set up accountability and complaints mechanisms for the communities and orient field teams and community on PSEA.
Represent Shifa Foundation programs in coordination meetings in the district and at the cluster level meeting.
Oversee and support Admin/Finance team to finalize and get approval from head office for all activities budgeted in project document.
