ASSOCIATE MANAGER
Presently, the Shifa Foundation Islamabad is on the lookout for suitable candidates for their vacant position i.e. Associate Manager to join their team.
JOB Description: Associate Manager
A Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, Modify and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall Shifa Foundation’s strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Support current and future organizational needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR policies, strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to Executive Director and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
