DISTRICT NUTRITION MANAGER
At the moment, the Confidential Kashmore is seeking to hire a District Nutrition Manager employee.
Job Description: District Nutrition Manager
Develop overall programmatic monitoring, evaluation and accountability framework by highlighting areas of high priority, strategic objectives, set of indicators, periodicity, and plans for M&E for all thematic areas.
Coordinate with program teams for timely formulation of LFAs and roll-out of quality assurance mechanisms within the scope of projects or programs. Assist programs by timely detecting the areas of improvement by forecasting and mitigating of challenges and barriers.
Assist program manager health in developing need assessment reports by gathering information from evidence already available.
Lead the project specific M&E teams by providing strategic guidance on the development of M&E tools, data collection tools, mechanisms for application of M&E findings for the improvement of plans through supportive supervision.
Develop M&E specific training plans for project teams, data collectors and HIS officers with focus on bridging the gaps in data collection and analysis covering relevancy, accuracy, reliability and completeness of data.
Develop internal mechanism of data audit, build capacity of provincial and district teams and then roll-out data audit before periodic submission of progress reports to donor agencies and government institutions.
Design high quality quantitative and quantitative surveys, evaluations and assessments as per need.
Undertake rapid assessments, period evaluations and pre and post intervention assessments and develop high quality reports. Brief senior management on rationale for strategic shifts required to ensure timely attainment of programmatic objectives.
Liaise and coordinate counterparts working in implementation partners, donor agencies and academic institutions for data collection, coordination meetings and data audits.
Contribute in strengthening learning mechanisms by developing project and program specific learning tools for capturing information related to high impact case studies, success stories, human interest stories.
Submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual M&E reports covering all projects and apprise senior management on findings covering weaknesses and strengths and way forward.
