Vacant Positions: Training Manager
- TRAINING MANAGER
Presently, the IRC International Islamabad is on the lookout for suitable candidates for their vacant position i.e. Training Manager to join their team.
Major Responsibilities: Training Manager
The Training Manager shall be responsible for:
- Conduct field visits for training sessions observation. Facilitating and monitoring training programs.
- Support in compilation of monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
- Participating in progress review meetings and workshops.
- Develop and maintain proactive, positive, and professional relationships with internal programs, departments external partner organizations other stakeholders, etc
- Oversee logistic arrangements related to training activities.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and curricula for child protection (CP) and gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response in alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify the specific training requirements of various stakeholders, including government departments, civil society organizations (CSOs), and UN implementing partners.
- Design a training strategy and plan that outlines the training approach, methods, and timeline for delivering the training programs.
- Develop and refine training materials, including manuals, presentations, case studies, and reference materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, effective, and relevant to the target audience.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results. Generate regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.
- Prepare and submit training reports, including progress, challenges, and outcomes of the training activities.
