Job Description: Alumni Coordinator
Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni in the life of the institution or organization.
Organize and promote alumni events, reunions, and activities to maintain and strengthen connections.
Maintain regular communication with alumni through newsletters, emails, social media, and other channels.
Share updates, news, and success stories related to the institution and its alumni.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date alumni database, including contact information, employment details, and personal preferences.
Use data analytics to understand alumni trends and preferences.
Provide career support and resources to alumni seeking professional development.
Plan and execute alumni-related events
Provide regular reports and assessments on alumni engagement metrics and outcomes.
Use feedback to refine strategies and initiatives.
