REPORTING AND MONITORING OFFICER
Currently, the Strengthening Participatory Organization Islamabad is on the lookout for a Reporting and Monitoring Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Monitoring Officer
Conduct regular Monitoring and Evaluation visits to project sites in Balochistan and Sindh provinces.
Ensure that project activities align with the stated objectives and that targets and deliverables are met.
Collect and analyze data to assess the progress and impact of the project.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on M&E findings, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
Support the project team in data collection, validation, and verification processes.
Contribute to the development of M&E tools and methodologies.
Assist in designing and implementing surveys, assessments, and evaluations.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular checks and validation.
Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the project.
