The Health & Hygiene Promoter will be responsible for implementing all field-level activities including data collection, organizing training, and meetings with stakeholders in the communities.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the District Coordinator in day-to-day operations of the project such as:
Data collection and finalizing of the field areas based on the number in the communities
Organizing and holding community meetings and formation of village committees (VCs)
Community Mobilization and awareness sessions on the importance of health & hygiene, & DRR
Responsible to conduct household level assessments for NFIs, household latrines, and identification of critical infrastructure.
Organizing focus group discussions (FGDs) with parents, teachers, local health clinics and caregivers.
To maintain hard and soft database of each consultation, meeting, and awareness session in the community
Engage with community leaders, local organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the program and encourage community participation.
Facilitate community meetings, sessions, and workshops to educate target populations on the importance WASH
Follow organization policies and guidelines provided to him/her during orientation, in case of any violation of organization policy his/her contract will be terminated with immediate effect and strict action will be taken by the organization.
