Penny Appeal International Sohawa District Jelum » is now on the lookout for a Security Guard to join their team
Essential Responsibilities: Security Guard
Patrol official premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Responsible to report the supervisor for any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Circulate among visitors and employees to preserve order and protect property.
The on-duty security guard will politely inquire visitors who enter the building, ascertain their business, contact the person they wish to visit and, if approved, direct them to that department.
Monitor the visitors’ entrance and log data of all visitors entering and leaving the premises in the visitors’ book.
Fully responsible to protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, trespassing, fire and accidents.
Watch for safety and fire hazards and other security related situations.
Neutralize situations calmly with tact and common sense.
Responsible to protect the individuals (kids & staff) from any harm, in situations caused due to accidental breach in security.
Maintain the professional standards of security by following the policies and procedures of the organization.
Perform all duties as assigned on a daily basis by the Supervisor.
