Currently, the Lodhran Pilot Project Lodhran is searching for a Program Officer.
JOB Description: Program Officer

- Training of rural community on sustainable Dairy development & livestock management. Act as team leader for outreach ‘community dairy development advisory services’ to the rural community.
- Identify government departments, NGOs, community-based organizations, and women’s associations or groups whose work focuses on clean and green environment-friendly practices, dairy development, and women empowerment.
- Build the capacity of rural women to enhance their socio-economic resilience against climate change vulnerabilities through different livelihood improvement interventions like handicrafts, embroidery, etc.
- Train the farmers to Implement regenerative agriculture practices at agricultural lands.
- Carry out plantation activities for ecological and economic benefits of rural communities as well as provide technical support on post-plantation care.
- Conduct training of beneficiaries on Apiculture, Poultry rearing, and micro- nursery.
- Coordinate campaigns, events, workshops, and knowledge products for dissemination of program results.
- Maintain proper documentation of field activities (daily & weekly) and submit weekly reports to the program manager.
- Maintain a record of Meetings, training, surveys, and all other relevant field interventions
- Conduct field activities follow-up visits.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports of the core program.
- Adhere to LPP policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate LPP’s values
- Any other duties as required.
