- PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Now, the MSF – Holland Islamabad want to hire a Personnel Administration Manager to full fill the vacant position.
JOB Description: Personnel Administration Manager
Design and update policies as per emerging needs at the Mission or evolving situations, taking initiatives to draft policies and procedures for continual improvement of the department and services.
· Conduct training for projects on file management, including quarterly checks on the quality of E-filing from the projects.
· Brief new HR managers on Homere specifics in the mission, Homere checklist, payroll process, and HR guidelines in case Deputy HRCO is not available.
· Work with Deputy HRCo on external/internal HR audits.
· Perform payroll procedures, ensuring that all data related to the monthly salary calculation of national employees are correctly entered in the payroll sheet to ensure on time and accurate salary payments.
· Focus on the correctness of data recorded from Homere and have HR Supervisors make the change.
· Brief IMS HR Managers on Homere specifics in Pakistan, Payroll checklist and HR Guideline if Dep. HRCO is not available.
· Review and validate income tax with finance to ensure correct income tax deduction from the salaries based on the income tax ordinance of Pakistan.
· Responsible for advice and review on final settlements for coordination and projects.
· Ensure timely payment of EOBI with the EOBI Institution.
· To enhance the capacity of the HR Supervisor to cover the HRM gap when needed and provide guidance on efficiently managing cleaners and cooks.
· Frequent travel to the Field to provide HR support – 30% of time in the field.
