Currently, the Human Appeal Dadu is searching for candidate for their vacant position i.e. Training Officer to join their team
JOB Description: Training Officer
The Training Officer supports the delivery of the trainings related to food security and livelihoods. The Training Officer designs, delivers, and monitors FSL trainings, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the training portfolio continues to meet the agreed needs and objectives.
Job Description:
- Provide assistance to the training team across all aspects of the training events organization (including but not limited to: training of trainers, communication with participants, resource packs preparation, training materials dissemination)
- Administer and consolidate training data and evaluations into report templates
- Set up facilitation environments and provide technical support during trainings;
- Maintain the records related to training like agenda, participants lists, reports and pictures etc.
- Actively participate in trainings including through role-plays and any other duties that arise on the ground;
- Other duties as required;
