Now, the CRS InternationalKarachi is looking for a Information Management Specialist to work there.
JOB Description: Information Management Specialist
Lead the development and contribute to the implementation of agency-wide strategies, standards, tools and best practices in disaster response shelter and settlements coordination that effectively engage partner organizations, governments and other relevant stakeholders for Information Management.
Contribute to the development of the technical design for proposals. Support the process of preparation and design.
Technically manage the Information Management team, including planning, organizing, and reporting. Effectively manage talent, including management team dynamics and team members well-being. Provide coaching, strategically tailor individual development plans, and complete performance management for direct reports.
Lead the Information Management team in liaising with government authorities at national and district level to enable SHRRP team as well as stakeholders avoid gaps and duplications.
Support the Information Management capacity strengthening initiatives for staff, Government, and partner through helping develop learning and training strategies and agendas/curriculums, conducting trainings and workshops, and coaching.
Provide technical solutions to the Information Management Team remotely and on-site, to support Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning that ensures high-quality implementation. SHRRP requires emphasis on capturing the processes, challenges and lessons learned from the Recovery and Reconstruction efforts in Pakistan.
Collect and analyze program data, capture and share lessons learned and best practices for specific projects to facilitate improvements in decision-making and contribute to the Information Management Learning, Research and Publications.
Support localization of Information Management systems, best practices and lessons learned into national, provincial, and local governments to ensure sustainability and long-term impact of SHRRP.
