Currently, the Confidential Islamabad is seeking for Finance Intern to fill their vacant position
JOB Description: Finance Intern
A finance intern is required to review the accounting ledgers prepared by the accounting officer.
· Coordinating with field teams regarding payments & missing documents.
· Coding receipts and invoices daily.
· Filing and copying all invoices, receipts, and cheques.
· Scanning & archiving of data daily.
· Archiving of finance documents in the relevant personnel files, scanning documents for soft records.
· Assist in coordination with other departments for timely payments.
· Assist in follow-up with vendors & logistics department for preparation of payments & submission to banks.
· Assist in the processing of tax payments & submitting them to the bank.
· Facilitate quarterly and annual audits.
· The finance intern needs to key in financial data in the systems as per the instruction given to him by his mentor.
