Vacant Positions: HR / Admin Manager Unit

  • HR / ADMIN MANAGER

The Khwendo Kor-KK Peshawar is currently seeking a HR / Admin Manager to full fill the vacant position.

JOB Description: HR / Admin Manager Unit

  •  Monitoring and field visits to the field offices.
  •  Verification of inventory reports and signed off on a quarterly basis.
  •  Ensure that all the requisitions which include vehicles, procurements and others from the project team are timely processed and responded and its approval
  •  Ensure that admin staff has the checklist and is reviewed on a monthly and weekly basis.
  •  Monitoring of office equipment and ensuring that it’s in working condition.
  •  Periodic meeting with admin staff on office and equipment maintenance.
  •  Ensure that office & equipment management policy is practiced.
  • Ensure that selection of vendors has been made by following proper procurement procedures of the organization aligned with donor.
  • Selection and agreement with vendors for supply of various items in line with described procedures.
  • Ensure that the procurement team has developed a quarterly procurement plan ascertained from project and organization budget and follow-up with the procurement team on initiation and completion of the procurement.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors after quality assurance and satisfaction of procured items.
  • Monitoring the overall procurement process.
  •  Approval for disposal of scrape items from senior management as per the relevant officer recommendations.
  • Ensure that personal files are updated.
  • Annual performance appraisal of the project team and teachers is carried out regularly.
  • Be part of recruitment processes in the organization.
  • Make sure that annual performance appraisal of the project team is carried out by the line managers.
  • KK salary structure is updated as per the decision of the management committee and BoD and aligned to the available resources.
  •  Ensure that new joiner have received proper induction and orientation on the project and organisation.
  • Review organization HR and admin policies and SOPs inline with the UN and internationally accepted standards.
  • Collect administrative and HR related periodic reports, statement and submit them to the management.
  • Planning and review of HR and administration functions with admin and HR team.
  • Keep a record of all relevant HR and admin data in hard and soft both.
  •  Internal and external relevant coordination
