- CLIENT RESPONSIVENESS ASSISTANT
Currently, the IRC International Peshawar is seeking a Client Responsiveness Assistant employee.
JOB Description: Client Responsiveness Assistant
The Client Responsiveness Assistant will be responsible for extending support in achieving the IMPACT standards of Client Responsiveness and Core Humanitarian Standard in all programs/projects. In addition, S/he will be responsible for managing the Hotlines and other clients’ feedback channels SMS Line and Proactive channels).
The position will be responsible for supporting project teams in feedback collection and carrying out field-level activities of Client Responsiveness. S/he will facilitate clients in collecting feedback, lodging them in the Feedback Registry and share with Management for further actions. S/he will lead field-level data collection for client responsiveness activities in close coordination with program teams and stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
Management and supervision
• To fully understand the IRC’s Client Responsiveness mechanism and Core Humanitarian Standards
• Ensure compliance with IRC WAY, policies and global Humanitarian Standards for Quality and Accountability, including the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM), to ensure that affected communities and people are at the center of IRC response.
• Provide support in integrating Client Responsiveness in project lifecycles of all projects.
• Manage IRC’s Hotline numbers, receive calls, lodge these in Feedback Registry and coordinate with supervisor for further actions on feedback.
• Communicate the program response to the concerned clients before closing the loop.
• Coordinate with project leads, Partners and other stakeholders for proactive feedback collection and response.
• Regularly update Feedbacks Registry and do the necessary analysis.
• Share updated Feedback Registry weekly with Manager Client Responsiveness and Action.
• Support and contribute to the capacity building of program teams on Client Responsiveness.
• Document and share Success Stories related to Client Responsiveness.
