DEPUTY CAREER COORDINATOR
Currently, the MSF InternationalIslamabad is now looking for Deputy Career Coordinator to join their organization / team.
JOB Description: Deputy Career Coordinator
1. In conjunction with headquarters, managing visas, travel, and legalization of documents (including protector stamp/Work permits, health preparation) and associated required processes for the arrival and departure of international staff from the country
2. Communicate all pre-departure information to the volunteers
3. Being responsible for all administrative tasks required for personnel transiting through the Islamabad (incl. transportation, briefings, financial matters and lodging)
4. Ensuring the adequate follow up regarding the personal’s health status (medical checkups – if required – and vaccination status per se) before departure
Organize all administrational briefing and debriefings with field volunteers with HQ and MSF South Asia office (Regional PSU, Career Manager and others when necessary)
5. M age the pool of first departures field volunteers proactively to attain the- predetermined placement targets, in collaboration with Pool managers in different Operational Centers (OCs)
6. Establish a strong rapport with Pool Managers, enabling the provision of support for the Pak Pool and facilitating the placement of first-departure profiles
7. To support the career growth of individuals within the organization and enable potential assignment matches, the TEMBO training information is shared with external candidates, and members of the pool are regularly updated about available trainings and placements.
