DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Presently, the Muslim Aid International Neelam is on the lookout for suitable candidates for their vacant position i.e. Data Entry Operator to join their team.
JOB Description: Data Entry Operator
Data Entry Operator is responsible for completing desired tasks:
Develop MS Excel Format as per tool summary sheets and database of data as per the type of questionnaire.
Editing of questionnaire, review of questionnaires, and report to CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
Close contact with enumerators and project team for fulfilling the correct data entry task.
Record keeping of questionnaires in the respective box files.
Submission of daily data entry report on a daily basis to the CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
Ensure correct, accurate, and timely entry of data into the database file.
Ensure proper filing of data in the database file.
Work according to the priorities set by the supervisor.
Report to the CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
Team at frequent and regular intervals on the progress of data entry and any outstanding inaccuracies and/or discrepancies.
Responsible for complete entry of data according to the approved time frame and reporting to CPI/ Manager MEAL Coordinator.
Work according to the programme’s needs/work plan on a daily basis.
