HUMAN RESOURCE EXPERT
Currently, the Poverty Eradication Initiative-PEIPeshawar is now looking for Human Resource Expert to join their organization / team.
JOB Description: Human Resource Expert
The HR Expert will play a crucial role in the Institutional Restructuring and Institutional Development phases of the project, focusing on the Hazara, Malakand, Bannu, and D.I. Khan divisions. The project aims to conduct an in-depth review and restructuring of Water and Sanitation Service Companies (WSSCs) and Town Municipal Administrations (TMAs) to enhance efficiency, financial viability, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive organizational review of WSSCs, including assessment of staff adequacy in Finance, Technical, and Management departments.
Lead the capacity needs assessment for Abbottabad WSSCs, Mingora WSSCs, TMAs, Bannu WSSC, and D.I. Khan WSSCs.
Collaborate with relevant agencies to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Develop training content for prioritized trainings.
Collaborate with Business Modelling Expert to develop institutional reforms.
Assess and propose possible public-private partnership arrangements.
Develop operational design to improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project leadership.
Collaborate with the Communication Expert to ensure transparent communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
