Legal Aid Society INGO Islamabad is now on the lookout for a Naib Qasid to join their team.
JOB Description: Naib Qasid
Ensure office furniture and premises are neat and clean. He will be responsible for the overall cleaning, dusting, and maintenance of office premises and shall assist with administrative work including the filing of records.
Directly Responsible For:
He/ she will be responsible for performing the following duties but not limited to:
Ensure the clean office tables are properly set with the table equipment.
To serve tea, lunch, etc to the office staff, and Visitors.
Maintain cleaning of all office premises.
Safeguard the office and its belongings at all times.
Perform outdoor activities (if required).
Ensuring the sitting arrangement in the officer’s rooms is hygienic and clean before the commencement of office hours.
Operating Photocopy Machines.
Organizing and Maintaining the store rooms.
All kinds of pottery should be neat & clean.
Perform any other official task assigned by the Admin Officer and Management.
