Currently, the Rozan NGOIslamabad is now searching for a Assistant HR Officer to join their team
JOB Description: Assistant HR Officer
16 years of education in Human Resource Management
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the field of HR and Administration.
Excellent knowledge of HR standard Policies, Systems, and Functions
Experience in handling the recruitment process
Experience in handling filing and documentation of HR-related work
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Abilities in multi-tasking and quick decision making according to organizational priorities.
Demonstrated abilities on attention to details, follow procedures, meet deadlines, work independently as well as in cooperation with other team members.
Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
Experience of working in NGOs/development sector would be an added advantage.
