Currently, the Help In Need NGOIslamabad is now searching for a Program Manger to join their team.
Job Description: Program Manger
– Develop and implement strategies for enhancing community resilience to natural disasters, conflicts, and other crises.
– Lead and oversee humanitarian response programs, ensuring timely and effective interventions during emergencies.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to coordinate disaster preparedness and response efforts.
– Design and manage projects aimed at providing immediate relief and long-term recovery in crisis-affected areas.
– Conduct needs assessments and risk analyses to inform program planning and resource allocation.
– Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with donor regulations.
– Supervise and support project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality program implementation.
– Evaluate program effectiveness and impact, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
